Live Help for Online Courses
Live Help is a technical support service available to all faculty and students that will prevent them from missing class due to technical difficulties. Students and faculty can chat live (similar to Instant Messenger) with a UND employee during extended evening and weekend hours. This is a great way for students and faculty to get help with Adobe Connect, Adobe Presenter, Blackboard (Blogs/Wikis), proctored exams, etc.
Live Help is currently staffed from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Sundays. There is an option of leaving a message during the hours that Live Help is not staffed. All messages are responded to within 24 hours.
